About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista / Shift Manager who can take charge of shift operations, ensure high-quality beverage preparation, and maintain excellent customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and café items
- Manage café operations during assigned shifts, including staff supervision
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
- Handle POS transactions, cash management, and daily shift reports
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Must be from Hotel industry or food industry, with 2-3 years experience
- Knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and beverage preparation techniques
